Santa is Everywhere - Christmas Embroidery/ Applique Pattern

Finally I finished my Santa is Everywhere embroidery. These patterns are my original design, you can see Santa in a reindeer, in a snowman and in a Christmas tree. I guess making these as applique will be even more pretty and eye-catching. Hope I can set my mind to make applique before Christmas XD. You know there are just too many things that I wanna do but time is soooo limited.

Recently I've got hold of a Karel Capek fabric and 4 colours of Lecien Flower Sugar fabric.  They are gorgeous!!

Christmas Reindeer Applique/ Embroidery Pattern

I have been envisioning this applique/embroidery for some time. Finally drew the pattern last week and love it very much, though the candy cane makes my little people looks old, i think it's still super cute! Reindeer, christmas tree and candy cane all in one! I will make it as an christmas ornament.

I've just listed this pattern in my etsy shop.

Easter Bunny Embroidery/Applique Pattern

Valentine's Day is only 2 days from now but I already thinking about Easter. Why? Because we have public holidays during Easter!! Everyday when I take the subway to work, I think about my retirement plan hahahah! YES, I'm only 30-year-old and I already thinking about retirement. Life's hard and we really need some fantasy and dream to keep us moving on. Guess this is why i'm quite into cute, kawaii and fantasy style.

So here comes my Easter bunny applique pattern. All classic Easter elements are here: bunny, chick and colourful Easter eggs! I'm now thinking to make a mug rug cum wall hanging with this.

Just listed the pattern in my etsy shop.

Phone pouch with deer applique

After making the hanging pouch for TV remote control, I continue making a phone pouch using the deer applique pattern I made some time ago. Phone pouch is easy to make and I can think of many different styles for it.

The applique is sewed on a japanese floral fabric, so I think it must go well with linen. For the other side, I used my favourite fabric recently, the Atsuko Matsuyama apple fabric. It turns out very Japanese^^

Just listed in my etsy shop.

I've been looking at the following set of Atsuko Matsuyama fabric for some time and finally pressed the button to buy it. Thinking to make a new pin cushion first.

Both the embroidery pattern the the Atsuko Matsuyama fabric set are listed in my etsy shop. Hope you like them.

Deer Applique and Embroidery

My friend just gave me an Adobe Creative Suite 4. I watched several tutorials about Illustrator on youtube and tried to draw some simple things myself. I drew a deer and made an appliqué with embroidery. Isn't it cute and lovely? It's quite small, around 6cm x 6cm. I've put the pattern on my etsy shop. Check it out if you are interested.

A Little Tote Bag for Colleague

Inspired by a photo on flickr, I made this little tote bag with a tree appliqué for my colleague. This little bag enables her to put her little wallet, cell phone and tissue paper in it when she goes out for lunch. I love the green polka dot woven lace, which definitely makes the bag looks cute and lively.
